We are seeking someone with creative intelligence and technical curiosity — someone who can understand the emotional core, hidden story, and visual intention behind a photograph.

You may come from:

Photography Filmmaking Advertising Fashion VFX / Digital Production Creative Technology AI Image Generation Workflows Your background matters less than your ability to understand visual language and creative systems.

Your Mission

You will help build the intelligence behind our Character Transfer Engine through three key areas:

1. Teaching AI to Understand Visual Stories

You will analyze images and define:

The story and emotional purpose The relationship between people and environment Visual hierarchy and composition Elements that must be preserved or adapted 2. Designing Scalable AI Creative Systems

We are not looking for someone who manually creates one perfect image. We need someone who can help build systems that deliver consistent quality across thousands of templates and millions of users.

You will contribute to:

AI workflow design Creative instructions Prompt architecture Transformation logic Quality standards Edge-case analysis Evaluation frameworks 3. Evaluating AI Results Through a Creative Lens

You will help define quality standards by evaluating:

Identity — Does the person feel authentic?

Story — Do they naturally belong in the scene?

Emotion — Does the expression and body language match the moment?

Physical Reality — Are lighting, shadows, perspective, anatomy, and textures realistic?

Artistic Value — Does it feel like a real captured moment?

Ideal Background

Photography & Visual Storytelling

Professional photographers, photo editors, art directors, cinematographers, or visual creators who understand composition, lighting, emotion, and storytelling.

Advertising & Brand Creative

Experience with campaigns, fashion, luxury brands, creative studios, or commercial productions.

VFX & Digital Production

Experience with compositing, CGI, motion design, and maintaining quality at scale.

AI Creative Technology

Experience with AI image generation, diffusion models, ComfyUI workflows, advanced prompting, or creative automation.

Note: Pure prompt-writing experience alone is not enough. We need people who understand visual intelligence.
