Job Description
Creative Digital Designer (mwe are looking for a Creative Digital Designer with a focus on branding, web design (WordPress/Elementor) and campaign design – as a freelancer or 100% remote employee (part-time).
Tasks Branding & Corporate Design
Development and further development of brand identities – from logos and corporate designs to design systems, sales documents, presentations and consistent brand communication.
Digital Design & Web Design
Conceptualization and design of modern websites, landing pages, and digital user experiences. Development of UX/UI concepts, screen designs, and secure implementation and maintenance of websites using WordPress and Elementor. Our web development team handles the technical development of more complex features.
Campaign design
Development of creative designs for digital and analog marketing campaigns – from performance creatives, Google Ads and social media campaigns to landing pages and banners, as well as classic advertising materials and sales documents.
Social Media & Content Design
Design of visual content for social media, content marketing and email marketing – including image and video assets, infographics and creative content formats.
AI-powered design
Efficient use of modern AI tools for idea development, content creation, image generation and optimization of creative workflows.
qualification Design expertise : Strong sense for brands, design, typography, visual language and UX/UI design. Graphic design : Confident use of Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and modern AI design tools. Web design : Very good knowledge of WordPress and Elementor as well as experience in designing and maintaining responsive websites; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage. Marketing understanding : Experience in the design of digital and classic marketing campaigns as well as in creating creatives for social media and performance marketing. Working style : High affinity for software, quick comprehension and the ability to independently familiarize oneself with new tools and technologies. Education : Completed graphic design or media studies (HTL, FH, university or comparable qualification). German language skills : Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C2, ideally native speaker level). Professional experience : Several years of relevant professional experience – ideally in an advertising, branding or digital agency. Sounds like you?
