Job Description

We are growing and looking to add Recruiters/Sr. Recruiters with 2-6 years of recruiting experience preferably from an Executive Search background across GCC/India.

Job Location: UAE/India (Remote working Available too)

Ideal candidate to have:

  • Strong recruiting/account management experience preferably for IT/Retail/BFS Domain
  • Ability to map/source relevant candidates based on target companies utilizing job boards, social platforms, headhunting, databases, and cold calling
  • Excellent candidate/account management skills
  • High-level of proficiency in the English language
  • MBA from leading business school preferred
