Job Description
We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, pro-active, and assertive individuals for Sales Manager position to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.
Ideal candidate should
- Prospect potential clients, analyze market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deals
- Plan monthly sales targets and executing them in given time frame
- Handle sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales target
- Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target
- Present to customers and manage activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals
- Handle client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly
- Maintain an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients within the region and international level as well
- Update customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce
- Coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork
- Verify all relevant documents, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time
- Have knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust
- Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies
- Have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- Be a strong team player and goal orientated
- Have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation skills, also effective negotiation and analytical skills
