Customer Support Representative
Job Description
In this role, you will be the point of contact for our customers and answer their questions about products by phone and email, placing orders if necessary. You will also closely monitor deliveries and delivery times, so that customers are always informed promptly and correctly.
Some of your tasks include:
Answering product-related questions daily by phone and email Provide information about product availability and place orders if necessary Follow-up of deliveries and delivery times You report directly to the Team Leader Customer Support
You preferably already have some experience in customer service A background as a pharmacy assistant is a nice extra You strive for top service and customer satisfaction every day Your working style is organized, accurate and practical You are stress-resistant and stand firm on your feet Flexibility in your work schedule is no problem for you: you work according to a fixed schedule and occasionally on Saturdays You have strong administrative and communication skills and extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office You speak excellent Dutch and a good knowledge of French is a big plus
