Job Description

We are looking for someone who wants to work at a Christian community college and who has a culinary background and the qualifications to be a good leader.

Areas of responsibility and tasks:

  • Half of the position is an administrative management position with responsibility for organizing the work related to the kitchen and boarding operations, personnel responsibility, ordering goods and overall responsibility for cleaning the school’s boarding and teaching premises.
  • The other half of the position is as a cook where you have shifts with kitchen work and some cleaning based on rotation on weekdays, every third weekend in the school year and in connection with the rental business in other parts of the year.

Qualifications and personal characteristics:

  • Education and experience as a chef
  • Good leadership skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Solution-oriented, structured, flexible and service oriented
  • Good working capacity
  • Proficient in digital tools
  • Likes to work with and for young people
  • Identifies with and will work in accordance with the school’s Christian values ​​and purpose
