Job Description

  • Receipt and handling of raw material, packing material, semi-finished and finished goods and its verification, proper storage of goods as per required storage condition physically.
  • Responsible for the dedusting activity for the inbound shipments.
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts, year-end inventory counts, and cycle counts as required.
  • Accurately maintain shipping paperwork.
  • Maintain safe work habits, wear personal protective equipment, obey safety rules, and overall contribute to a safe work environment.
  • Safely operate a forklift and stacker, to load and unload trucks and move inventory from one location to another.
  • Work in a manner consistent with all SOPs and other quality requirements.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).
  • Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, forklift, and workstations neat.
  • Preform other duties as assigned from direct supervisor / Manager.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current forklift license.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good physical stamina.
  • Sound knowledge of standard warehouse practices in pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Helper/Worker.
