Job Description

As marketing manager in Vianor Norway, your main responsibility will be to set up an annual action plan based on the budget for B2C & B2B locally, as well as being an important contribution to the work with brand and marketing strategy at the Nordic level. We value a data-driven/digital and entrepreneurial working style and expect continuous follow-up and optimization of all actions.
As country marketing manager, you work as part of the management in Vianor Norge and the Nordics Marketing team, and work in close collaboration with marketing and business teams across Scandinavia. 
The workplace is at our Service office in Lillestrøm and the position reports to the Head of Marketing Vianor in Finland.

Main areas of responsibility and tasks:

  • Carry out marketing activities to support sales and deliver integrated consumer campaigns to increase sales
  • Ensure successful GTM and continuously optimize the visibility of products and services/service portfolio
  • Implement the content plan on owned and purchased media
  • Define co-marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with tire manufacturers and dealers
  • Ensure a coherent brand experience at Vianor service centers across the country
  • Management of internal and external events
  • Personnel responsibility for the marketing coordinator in the department

To be successful in this position, we expect you to:

  • Years of experience and a proven track record in executing and implementing successful marketing strategies and tactics
  • Knowledge of the media landscape and experience with ROI-optimized media buying
  • Good project management skills and the ability to manage several units at the same time
  • Content production skills are considered an advantage
  • Analytical working style and knowledge of tools for marketing tracking
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive attitude and development-oriented mindset with an independent and self-initiative working style
  • Experience from Retail is an advantage
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, both orally and in writing
  • Higher education in marketing is a requirement, such as e.g. Bachelor Marketing & Communication, or similar background
