Job Description

We are looking for nursing staff for several vacant weekend positions, with varying job percentages from 15 to 21%. 

The positions include work every other weekend and on weekdays. The positions can be well combined with schooling. 

The nursing home has 29 permanent places and 4 short-term places, divided into 3 departments. 

Training will be provided in the emergency department. 

Qualification requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian.
  • Basic ICT skills 
  • Personal suitability and cooperation skills will be emphasised.

We are looking for an employee who is:

  • Good oral and written presentation skills
  • Tolerates a high work pace and rapid changes in work tasks.
  • Has good collaboration skills, with open and clear communication.
  • Has great work capacity and is solution-oriented.
  • Advantage if you have health education or experience from similar work.

Central work tasks

  • Taking care of the patient’s basic needs.  
  • Nutrition adapted to each individual patient. 
  • Preparation of meals and serving 
  • Washroom work and cup washing. 
  • Activities for patients. 
  • Reporting and documentation.

Salary and terms of employment

  • Salary and working conditions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and agreements, including a 6-month trial period.
