Job Description

Our company has been collecting detailed information on the use of IT and telecommunications in the 13,000 largest Swiss companies for 30 years.

To complete our team, we are looking for a reliable person for the position of:

Telephone advisor

You would like to work in an environment in which quality is the first priority. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

– Telephone surveys to analyze the use of IT resources within Swiss companies.
– Updating contacts.
– Execution of surveys and specific campaigns for our clients.
– Entry and control of collected data.

This position requires meeting the following conditions:

– Completed professional training and a solid professional background.
– An interest in IT and telecommunications and the desire to learn more.
– Comfort on the telephone, in order to establish personal contact with the person you are talking to.
– mastery of the French language (written and oral) is used for prospecting and mastery of the German language (written and oral) is necessary for managerial relations.
