Job Description

This is a vacancy for one of our hotels in Switzerland, France or Austria.

As a team leader dishwashing, you help with the machine dishwashing and manage a team of volunteers. You put glasses, plates, cups and cutlery on the belt of the dishwasher. Then you dry everything and put the dishes away. At the end of your shift, you help clean the workplace.

Your tasks include:

  • Machine washing of dishes.
  • Maintaining the dishwasher.
  • Cleaning the workplace.
  • Managing a team of volunteers.
  • Drawing up work schedules.
  • You already have some initial work experience in this sector.
  • You are able to work standing for several hours .
  • You can work at a routine speed.
  • You can cope with working in a busy environment .
  • You follow the hygiene guidelines .
  • You are able to give clear instructions to a team of volunteers and provide guidance in a motivating manner.
