Job Description
We are a team of approx. 30 employees, unskilled, SSHs and SSAs and we are looking for new colleagues.
Our group consists of newly qualified and experienced employees of all ages.
We are working:
- Fixed day shift.
- Meeting times: 7-13 or at 7-15.
- Work every other weekend.
- Almost fundamentally.
- Number of hours 30-37 hours.
- Time off allowance.
If you are new to Kalundborg Municipality, we offer within the first month:
- An intro day where you will go through guidelines and other useful information when you are new.
- Two day course in Nexus. Our care system.
- Transfer course.
For the next almost 2 years, we are involved in a project about care fatigue and betrayal. We must work to prevent it and thereby increase well-being in the workplace.
The project includes all of Kalundborg Municipality’s home care and nursing care
Once a week we take part in a team meeting where the nurse, visitor and therapists take part. Here, the focus is on the rehabilitative approach, with the citizen as the focal point.

Salary and terms of employment
According to the applicable collective agreement.
Start on 1 October 2024 or as soon as possible thereafter.
