Job Description
Principal Accountabilities
- Contribute to achieving the department’s business objectives by meeting assigned goals
- Provides support to the after-sales manager in answering product queries to meet customer requirements.
- Review and discuss everything with the customer regarding the quotations and contracts, generates quotations,
- Ensure smooth conversion of the free maintenance offers into maintenance contracts.
- Follow up on maintenance contract renewals.
- Follow up on the lost service contract with customers
- Working on capturing the other brand elevators/third-party equipment’s
- To attend meetings with customers.
- Prepare contracts and repair proposals
- To coordinate the inspection team for the elevator survey
- Prepare quotations for repair works.
- Billing and payment receivables follow-up for maintenance contracts and repair work conducted.
- Supporting the renovation offering.
Minimum Requirement
- Bachelor’s/University Degree
- 4-5 years experience in the elevator field in UAE.
- Microsoft Office skills
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent in English Language, Arabic would be an advantage
- After-sales experience
