Job Description

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧/ 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞:

We are #Hiring! Forest Hills Dubai is looking for a Senior Sales Manager with 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate in Dubai.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• Managing the sale, purchase, rental, and development of properties

• Hiring, training, and supervising staff members e.g., Brokers

• Setting targets for Brokers (Agents) and monitoring their performance against set targets

• Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching

• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

• Set individual sales targets with the sales team

• Attending Client Walk-ins, explaining the project, handling queries & closing sales.

• Achieving sales targets given, maximizing site visits & conversion.

Skills

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a sales manager/team leader role is preferred

• Should be able to build his own team.

• UAE Driving License holder

• Multilingual is a plus
