Job Description

Duties

· Design and implement company policies and procedures

· Update the current evaluation process

· Develop compensation and benefits plans

· Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process

· Conducting new employee orientations

· Update job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

· Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers

· Organize learning and development programs; including internships

Qualifications / Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related qualification

· 10 years as an HR generalist with at least 5 years as a Senior HR Manager or similar role

· Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· English proficiency is a must; French will be an advantage

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Able to function under high pressure

· Willingness to travel to Africa
