Your role:
- Managing Partner compliance to PTA and other business deliverables.
- Assisting business partner(s) to further gain market share through in-country activities.
- Running funnel/EOS reviews with partners and achieving Sales Funnel visibility and maintaining funnel on behalf of partners (Win/Lost).
- Ensuring adequate level of skills within the BP organizations through training management.
- Being the face to ECC to get ECC approvals and enabling OFAC license application.
- Monitoring stock items and managing LOA process for stock units.
- Making sure that IB list is actively monitored and synced to SHS CRM tools.
- Organizing site visits and joining site visits with end customers when needed
- Supporting partners with their visa process to enable their travel (invitation letters, visa requests)
- Monitoring the Accuracy of Installed Base Database
- Handling CDD approvals, monitoring users per partner in GAMA, being involved in audits
- Interact with business partners and internal company’s regional management to convert leads into tangible business.
- Supporting Iran partners and Iran sales team towards target delivery
- Reporting numbers to country management with input on forecasting
- Providing required information to partners (config, calc, tender specs, letters) to respond and to manage tenders.
- Responsibility for contracts with business partners regarding Agency and Distributor Agreements and the related Supplemental Agreements and Annexes
- Assisting partners with their service-related tasks ie. Spare part bookings, service keys, update management.
Your expertise:
- Past Experience in Radiology will be an added advantage.
- Solid experience with a similar capacity to ensure excellent level of communication is carried out.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a diverse team without being micro-managed.
- You will be able to work and perform well under targets and stress.
- Business Partner management and Sales experience is required.
- Excellent communication skills – English is a must/Farsi preferable.
- High IT affinity, experience working with MS office Package.
- You will be required to travel into challenging territories (including city outskirts) of Iran/Germany when needed.
