Job Description

To achieve the annual sales targets for the territory ( UAE ) for Our Partner REPUBLIC TV & INDIA TV

By projecting the revenues that can be achieved from that territory and finalizing the targets

· By prioritizing between clients and servicing them accordingly

· By closing deals at optimal rates

· By optimal utilization of inventory available to get maximum yield

· By following a daily sales call plan

To develop new clients /categories in the territory ( UAE ) REPUBLIC TV & INDIA TV

· By mapping clients who have never advertised on electronic media

· By analyzing the information available to generate leads

· By utilizing networking skills to gain information on clients who have never advertised before and convert them by preparing suitable presentations and customizing sales packages

· By mapping the market and maximizing market coverage

· By maintaining uniformity of communication to the clients and agencies

· By carrying yourself and your brand with dignity, honor, and commitment

· Work Closely with Creative Agencies, Media Buying Agencies & Media Sales Agencies

Qualifications & Experience

· Degree in Business, with majors in marketing or sales.

· 3 to 5 years of Advertising / Media sales experience with at least 1-2 years in TV ad Sales in UAE Region.

· Good relationship with Media Agencies

· Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

· Persuasion and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

· Candidate must be currently based in UAE and hold a valid driving license

· Work with internal teams to facilitate clients- ad campaigns from start to finish
