Job Description
Purpose:Â Promote the services of the section and develop a marketing plan for used cars.
Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
· Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
· Understands and complies with all regulations that affect the used car sales business.
· Ensure proper follow–up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring CRM.
· Maintain vehicle inventory. Monitor lost. Ensure vehicle reconditioning is performed within cost and time limitation
· Plans and controls the display of used vehicles as per CI.
· Communicate daily with new car sales managers regarding units needed to use vehicle inventory, trade-ins and appraisals.
· Ensure turnover of all customers to F&I.
· Handles customer complaints immediately and according to A&S guidelines.
· Attends manager’s meetings
· Maintain a professional appearance.
· Prepare the Used Car Section’s budget.
· Develop a used car marketing plan in coordination with the Head of the Marketing Section.
· Coordinate with Head of Car Purchase Section with regards to the pricing of used cars to be purchased by Ali & Sons Company L.L.C.
· Prepare reports that provide management with information about used car sale activities.
· Responsible for appraising the purchased used cars.
· Determine the Used Car Section requirement from equipment and materials in coordination with Administration & HR Department.
· Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure timely repair of used cars.
· Ensure timely delivery of used cars to Customers.
· Provide direction and supervision to the Employees under his Supervision in performing their tasks and in solving problems they encounter while performing their jobs.
· Participate in human resource assessment and evaluation exercises.
· Monitor and control Staff attendance.
Education:Â Any Degree / Diploma.
Experience: 05 – 10 years in a similar role in leading automobile companies in UAE / GCC
Languages:Â Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is preferred
Computer Exposure:Â Proficient in MS Office
