We are a renowned real estate agency in Luxembourg, aiming to offer our clients exceptional services. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a motivated office assistant to strengthen our team.

Your profile:

• Welcoming presentation
• Oral and written mastery of the Luxembourgish, French, German and English languages ​​is imperative
• B license
• You work independently
• You are not afraid of irregular working hours

Your Duties:

• As an Office Assistant, you are the backbone of our office and play a central role in supporting our team to ensure efficiency and excellence in everything we do. Your tasks include:
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, document management and correspondence.
• First point of contact for our customers on the phone and at reception, providing excellent customer service.
• Management of office organization and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation and implementation of contracts and announcements.

Skills:

• Experience acquired in the field of the real estate market
• Knowledge of “Apimo” software
• Mastery of MS Office
