Being one of the finest, dynamic and thriving airport, we are on keen in identifying and finding the right team member who will be responsible in supporting and assisting line manager in the day to day operations and governance of property / real estate and concession portfolio / affairs across Hamad International Airport. The role will also require active involvement in end-to-end aspect of daily activities associated with property management including space allocation, property audits, room book database management, depository of layout plans, tenant relation management, and other associated property management / real estate management functions in ensuring smooth operation.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Support and administer property allocation related activities in accordance to MATAR approved policies, workflow and best industry practices to ensure allocation is done in most effective manner.
- Ensure property management activities are aligned with MATAR and overall QR Group financial and operational objectives to confirm compliance.
- Assist line manager in dealing with daily affairs leading key-accounts and projects (inclusive of property handovers and key access authorization activities) with the objective to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Serve as point of contact between the department and customers, potential customers and Stakeholders.
- Provide excellent stakeholder relationship service, e.g. responding to stakeholder’s request / glitches in a timely and courteous manner. Follow up with stakeholder to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues raised.
- Conduct periodic inspection of the real estate / facility / spaces (tenanted and non-tenanted) to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions as stipulated in MATAR’s tenancy / lease / license / concession agreements.
- Provide supporting role in the preparation of contractual documents (including renewals) such as draft term sheets, draft tenancy / lease / license / concession agreements.
- Provide support function in ensuring property allocation database are updated regularly with precise data and information – this includes safe keeping & uploading of updated layout plans in the department’s information depository system and ERP system.
- Contract management – support the timely data entry function of contracts updates into ERP system.
- Provide support to line manager in preparation of periodical reports associated Assist in preparing financial reports and lease overviews for management as directed by line manager / management team.
- Provide administrative support to line manager in administering the department’s administrative affairs including and not limited to coordinating with other internal department / division.
