Project Finance Controller
Salary: Attractive Salary + Accommodation + Food
Experience: 5 years in a Contracting company
Job Description:
1- To prepare the financial reports for the Administration Manager.
2- To prepare periodical reports for auditors.
3- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and reporting variances.
4- Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
5- To control all the payments in order to maintain the project cost.
6- Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
7- Support month-end and year-end close process.
8- Control all billings and receive bills from all the projects.
9- Controlling of timesheets and salary payments of all OQC personnel related to projects.
10- Implement systems for proper account administration and filing.
11- Entering all accounts in the Accounting ledger and controlling the cost of every project.
12- Taking care of all standard accounting duties to make sure that all credits and debts are tallying as per senior operations manager and project Manager requirements
13- 100 % Compliance with the Company’s QHSE rules and regulations.
14- Implementing systems to ensure that all bills have been entered and can be invoiced to the customer.
15- Ensure that all paperwork is provided with the required signatures.
Education: M. Com with CMA certification
