**HR ASSISTANT (all genders) 50%**
Assignment: **limited employment approx. 9 months**
**Your tasks**
– Support with HR administration (entry and exit formalities)
– Support with sickness and accident reports (support with recruitment)
– Management of the absence and time recording system –> corrections, assistance with closing
– Management of service anniversaries
– Digitization -> filing and archiving of documents in personnel files
**You bring with you**
– Basic commercial training and further training in HR
– Professional experience in similar positions
– Fluent German and good English skills
– Service-oriented personality with social skills
– Knowledge of the HR system is an advantage (SAP, Workday, basic knowledge)
– Team player, flexible and motivated personality
– CH/FL/EU/EEA citizen or with permit B, C, D, L in CH/FL
