Duties and responsibilities

Addressing salary related queries & internal audit questions

Full & final settlements

Updating all additions & deductions for payroll

Leave settlements & air ticket encashment

Gratuity and leave salary provision calculation for finance monthly

Adding new joiners into Al Ansari system

Payroll process & coordination with finance

Personal action form inputs into the HRMS

Employee master updates

SPOC for payroll related HR Helpdesk reverts

Assist in providing full off boarding assistance in completing exit formalities for departed employees.

Prepare & determine the full and final settlement for employees.

Liaise with Finance department in obtaining final approvals for settlements and distributing cheques to employees.

Assist employees in proving Experience or release letter

Work closely with the PR team to ensure complete visa/labour cancellation for departed employees.

Ad Hoc tasks as per the department requirements.


Min 5+ years of experience in a similar role in UAE.

Min qualification: degree in finance/HR.

Strong MS office skills (excel, word & power point) etc.

Good communication & presentation skills.

Ability to handle pressure.

Flexible and multitasker.
