Job Description
In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of purchasing administration and various operational tasks . You will work closely with the technical team :
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage purchasing administration: Take care of the complete administration of all purchases.
- Placing orders in the ERP system: Enter and process orders in our ERP system.
- Follow up on delivery times, quotes and order confirmations: Monitor delivery times, evaluate quotes and ensure order confirmations.
- Supplier Contact: Communicate with suppliers via email and telephone.
- Inventory Management with Warehouse Managers: Work with warehouse managers to manage inventory.
- Cost Control and Efficiency Management: Ensure cost and efficiency management by properly tracking orders in line with production needs.
- Parcel Shipments: Manage all incoming and outgoing parcel shipments.
- Purchase and follow-up of work tools: Responsible for the purchase and follow-up of work tools.
- Fleet management: Monitor repairs, inspections, insurance, etc. of your fleet.
- Cost Management: Collect and analyze cost price data.
- Track and bundle project purchases: Coordinate and bundle purchases for various projects.
- Bundle post-calculations: Collect and process post-calculations for accurate project budgeting.
- Administrative Support: Provide various administrative support as needed.
- Administratively strong: You work accurately, are well organized and can easily maintain an overview.
- Proactive and hands-on: You like to take initiative and enjoy a direct communication style.
- Education and experience: You have at least a bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience.
- Technical skills: You are proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably have experience with ERP systems.
- Language skills: You not only master Dutch, but can also express yourself well in English.
- Motivation: You have the drive and motivation to go for it.
