What does your day as a Diagnostic Technician look like?
- As an expert, you track down technical problems in vehicles and analyze them using modern diagnostic equipment. You work closely with your colleagues for this.
- You are then responsible for finding solutions to the identified problems and carrying out the necessary repairs .
- Keeping the team’s knowledge up to date is also on your to-do list.
- Finally, you provide a complete overview of the work you have carried out and report this to the workshop manager.

Yourself in a nutshell
- You have completed training as a repair technician and would like to specialize as a Diagnostic Technician or you already have experience as a Diagnostic Technician.
- Being eager to learn is one of your character traits.
- Experience in the automotive sector is something you can tick off.
- You must be in possession of at least a HEV1 certificate .
- Working independently is no problem, but you are also a real team player . You understand that communication is key .
- Meticulousness and an eye for detail are not strange to you.
- You have an analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- You attach great importance to customer friendliness .
- You are extremely stress-resistant .
