Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day production of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time
- Setup automatic user journeys for new and existing users of our app;
- Execute and prepare offers and content to reactivate customers;
- Help us to evaluate the match stack available and, if needed, help to select, implement, configure and customize a new CRM solution;
- Analyze user behavior, segment and build strategies to maximize conversion rate (from install to subscription) through the right communication;
- Suggest improvements and experiment with A/B testing for results optimization;
- Reporting results putting a focus on success/needs to improve actions, trends, and opportunities
Your Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of CRM platforms (like Customer.io, Clevertap, Braze), best practices, and KPIs;
- 4+ years working with CRM Marketing. Previous working experience in the MENA region is a plus;
- Experience with marketing automation software, personalization, and profile-based marketing;
- Experience in managing initiatives across multiple markets and languages;
- Strong analytical / reporting skills with the ability to make data-justified decisions;
- Strong ability to translate analytic data into ideas and executable action;
- If you have certifications (Hubspot, Drift, Rock Content, or RD Station) is a plus
