We are looking for an L&D/Talent Coordinator for a construction company in Wetteren.

The job description of an L&D/ Talent Coordinator :

  • You take care of the complete onboarding of new colleagues.
  • You are the point of contact for training courses , you develop the offering and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for attracting , selecting and hiring qualified candidates .
  • You maintain contact with hiring managers , team leaders, employment agencies, schools, etc.
  • You ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • You contribute to recruitment strategies , maintain recruitment statistics and report these to management.
  • You play a crucial role in attracting, retaining and developing talent .
  • You are a sparring partner for the HR Manager and contribute to HR projects.

 

The profile of an HR Officer:

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have experience in recruitment and L&D.
  • You have knowledge of common software packages (Recruitment platforms and L&D modules).
  • You work results-oriented and achieve predetermined goals.
  • You are a team player .
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and can handle change easily .
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French .
  • You have an affinity with the construction sector .
