The job description of an L&D/ Talent Coordinator :
- You take care of the complete onboarding of new colleagues.
- You are the point of contact for training courses , you develop the offering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for attracting , selecting and hiring qualified candidates .
- You maintain contact with hiring managers , team leaders, employment agencies, schools, etc.
- You ensure a positive candidate experience.
- You contribute to recruitment strategies , maintain recruitment statistics and report these to management.
- You play a crucial role in attracting, retaining and developing talent .
- You are a sparring partner for the HR Manager and contribute to HR projects.
The profile of an HR Officer:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have experience in recruitment and L&D.
- You have knowledge of common software packages (Recruitment platforms and L&D modules).
- You work results-oriented and achieve predetermined goals.
- You are a team player .
- You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and can handle change easily .
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French .
- You have an affinity with the construction sector .
