Job Description

We’re looking to hire talented, experienced, & hardworking IT Technician.

Responsibilities:

Managing IT Tech Lounge with the coordination of sales team, multi-platform customer engagement. Provide valuable support & solution. Ensure services based on client query in terms of our offered IT services. Which involve customer/Supplier/end user support engagement related to new or ongoing inquiry/projects/On-site support ticket/survey till the completion under timely fashion manner with proper documentation, email coordination etc.

 Preferably candidate is available in Abu Dhabi UAE.

Language: English, Hindi & Arabic is a plus point.

Hands-on Experience:

Desktop Support-L1, Structure Cabling, Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of CCTV DVR/NVR, PABX, Door Access Control, basic Ms. Office, mailbox setup & Network printer configuration, office ethics, client dealing with a friendly professional attitude.
