Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your knowledge and experience to source and screen top talent using industry best practices and standards
  • Partner with clients to fill direct-hire, contract, and temporary-to-hire positions and roles related to Information Technology
  • Match candidates’ skills/desires/personalities with clients’ needs
  • Negotiate compensation with candidates
  • Write effective content needed for online job postings
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire
  • Attend and participate in networking opportunities and industry events to promote the brand and develop talent leads
  • Establish, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with Clients
  • Build relationships with new and current IT candidates through in-person meetings and phone calls
  • Conduct candidate calls to prep for interviews as well as brief and debrief post-interview
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity
  • Collaborate with the team to develop best practices in the industry
  • Ideate and create marketing collaterals, distribute them in various media and social platforms and measure their impact and effectiveness
  • Create and execute E-mail based or other means of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market research and plan promotions, competitions, and other various creative marketing techniques based on the research results.
  • Gains familiarity with the IT industry, and stays updated on trends and innovative products
  • Understand and assess the client’s IT requirements holistically and engage and provide end-to-end IT solutions and services.
  • Undertake and perform any other additional assignments or tasks assigned

Job Requirements

Academic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, HR, or any related field mandatory
  • MBA in IT, Marketing, HR, or any related field desired

Languages

  • English (mandatory)
  • Arabic (preferred)

Minimum number of years and nature of experience

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment and marketing role preferred

Salary

  • 3,000 – 6,000 AED/Month (Fixed Salary including everything)
  • Extremely generous commission scheme based on results.

Employment Type

  • Extendable 3 Months Contract
  • Onsite and candidate should available in UAE for immediate joining
