Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Help Desk to join our Information Technology team!
Key Responsibilities:
· logging and assigning tickets on Helpdesk system;
· Experience procuring IT peripherals;
· Support the following technologies:
· Microsoft Office products,Outlook, Internet explorer, Windows 7 & 10 ,smart devices, laptops, Desktops, Printers, Networked copiers (MFP),VOIP phones,Basic LAN & WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi connectivity and others as assigned
· Providing user training on IT systems as required;
· Managing the purchasing of all software, hardware, and other IT supplies;
· Submitting paperwork for the procurement of services to Etisalat;
· Working with CCTV systems;
· Working with access control systems;
· Ability to travel between Company’s remote sites in UAE is expected
Requirements:
· CompTIA A+
· Minimum two years of experience
· CCNA certified and prior experience with manage engine service desk is a plus
· Good communication skills in English
· Ready to work outside normal working hours.
