For our IT Department within the Central Administration, we are looking for:
an Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d) / 40h, CDI
Reporting directly to the head of the IT department and working with your colleagues from the related IT departments, you will be responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper functioning, security and efficiency of the Foundation’s IT infrastructure.
More specifically, your responsibilities will be:
• Control, maintain and manage the Foundation’s IT infrastructure, including network architecture and connectivity, data centers, servers, storage and backups
• Supervise and guide the integration and evolution of information system components
• Ensure continuous monitoring of systems to
proactively prevent and resolve technical problems
• Supervise the management of access rights
• Support and manage infrastructure and cross-functional projects in collaboration with
project stakeholders from planning to implementation, ensuring compliance with objectives
• Recommend improvements in terms of processes and/or software solutions
• Analyze user needs in order to find solutions adapted to their expectations
• Support the development and implementation of IT security policies and procedures, in collaboration with those responsible for information security
• Participate in the selection of suppliers by supporting the design and negotiations of calls for tenders and SLAs, and ensure their implementation for the entire information system.
Your profile
• You hold a higher education diploma in computer science
• You have at least 5 years of successful professional experience in a similar role.
• You have advanced knowledge of Vmware, Citrix, server operating systems, firewalls, cloud computing technologies, backup, network protocols, security and infrastructure
• An analyst at heart, you are a force for proposals. You know how to combine pragmatism,rigor and ability to summarize
• You have good problem-solving skills and can approach complex situations
• You know how to prioritize and manage stress in a changing environment in order to achieve your goals
• You enjoy teamwork and have interpersonal skills that will allow you to adapt effectively to your different interlocutors (internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders)
• Commitment to continuous improvement and updating of professional and technological skills
• You have a perfect command of French and English. Mastery of Luxembourgish and German will be considered an asset.
