At Hotel Indigo Jabal Akhdar Resort & Spa, we pride ourselves on providing our guests with the ultimate in-room dining experience. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an In-Room Dining Order Taker.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Answering in-room dining calls promptly and courteously, taking accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while recommending menu items and suggesting pairings.
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately, entered into the system, and dispatched to the kitchen promptly.
  • Coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of orders.
  • Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining knowledge of menu items, promotions, and hotel services to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Adhering to hotel and safety standards to uphold our reputation for excellence.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly and accurately.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an eagerness to go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations.
  • Proficient in using technology and basic computer skills.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
