Job Description

Thanks to your multi-site presence, you understand the specific needs of the company
You propose and implement effective HR strategies
You analyze and carry out an audit of the current HR strategy. You propose improvements and implement
the corresponding initiatives
You set up a succession plan and a career plan to ensure the continuity of talent within
the company
You develop the company’s employer brand in order to attract and retain the best talent in the
sector
You manage internal processes and improve existing HR processes
You ensure staff appraisal interviews and set up an integrated HR management system
including clear objectives and regular monitoring of staff performance
You manage specific HR projects in collaboration with other entities of the group

Required profile
You hold a diploma related to Human Resources
You have at least 10 years of professional experience in the field of
Human Resources, preferably in the Construction sector in Luxembourg
You are fluent in Luxembourgish.
You have proven experience in implementing succession and career plans as well as
in developing the employer brand
You have skills in HR project management and the ability to manage multiple entities
simultaneously
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills You have a strategic approach to Human Resources and the ability to make informed
decisions
