Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Manager with real estate experience to join our team and drive best-in-class HR initiatives that align with our business strategy. You will be responsible for designing and implementing coherent HR strategies while improving internal processes and procedures in a demanding environment with project deadlines and budgets.

The successful candidate will have a proven leadership track record in driving key changes and improvements in policy and procedure within the real estate industry, building a world-class talent pipeline, and driving diversity and engagement initiatives. You will be a change agent, playing a key role in managing and implementing change and designing organizational structures and reorganization within the real estate industry.

Key responsibilities include re-engineering HR activities such as recruitment, succession planning, leave management, performance appraisals, training, and career development, salary administration, HR policies and procedures, job descriptions and evaluations, budgeting, short/long-term planning, and key strategy implementation across the entire scope of real estate operations.
