The HR Generalist will work closely with the Head of HR of Polymath Ventures to recruit, develop and implement HR policies across the organization.

Responsibilities include:

Talent Acquisition

  • Work with the top management team to gather resource requirements, and deliver on the quarterly recruitment plan
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from the creation of job descriptions, and interview scheduling to finding the right team member
  • Build and manage a best-in-class process for screening and testing candidates to find the perfect job and cultural fit for the company
  • Coordinate visa processing, onboarding, and training process

Training

  • Identify inspirations and training needs for team members company-wide
  • Work with external and internal trainers to build a calendar
  • Coordinate training sessions, collect feedback, and constantly improve the program

Culture

  • Culture is at the core of the performance and what makes us unique
  • Discover what makes the company and teams tick
  • Envision and action programs and events to bring cultural cohesion

Performance

  • Collate and organize and improve the performance evaluation methodology from different teams
  • Coordinate the performance appraisal for the company

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years in Human Resources
  • Previous experience in recruitment for startups, and tech companies is a huge plus
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken
