Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead our HR department in Saudi Arabia. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with our company’s goals and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s objectives.
- Lead HR initiatives and projects to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct workforce planning and talent management to ensure the right staffing levels.
- Recruitment and Selection:
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Develop job descriptions and specifications for new positions.
- Conduct interviews and collaborate with department heads to make hiring decisions.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace environment and promote employee engagement.
- Address employee grievances and provide conflict resolution support.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Training and Development:
- Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of performance management processes.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze market trends to ensure competitive compensation.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
- Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
- HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
