Job Description

Your Job:

  • Maintain the human resource database to ensure that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked.
  • Enters new hire information in the human resource system database to maintain the update.
  • Ensures that human resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
  • Completes monthly and year-end reports regarding terminations, transfers, and new hires to update the overall records.
  • Prepares recruitment lists and job postings to announce it in the local channels to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Communicating with new hires to answer HR-related questions, assisting with orientation and providing a friendly first point of contact
  • Providing high-level administrative support and handling daily operations of the department.
  • Assist the payroll team to resolve payroll errors and completes payroll adjustments and corrections as necessary to guarantee the accurate payroll.
  • Coordinating with Admin. function for the on-boarding of new joiners.
  • Your profile:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Bachelor’s degree in Law.
    • Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduate are welcome to apply as well).
    • Fluent in Arabic and English
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, MS Advanced Excel, MS PowerPoint); Experience in Oracle HR system would be a plus.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills
    • Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Attention to details.
    • Team player.

    Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Bachelor’s degree in Law.
    • Minimum of 0 to 2 years of experience in HR (fresh graduate are welcome to apply as well).
