Job Description

Our Middle East office is located in Dubai, operating the mobile application, Funbox, which allows everyone to make friends while playing games.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment and selection of candidates for available opportunities, with a focus on improving hiring efficiency and creating an excellent candidate experience
  • Advise managers on HR policies and best practices, including performance management, career development, and team effectiveness
  • Manage performance gaps towards a positive resolution by balancing business needs, positive employee relations, and legal requirements
  • Monitor levels of employee engagement to assess areas for improvement and develop strategies and action plans to improve these levels
  • Work with line managers to continuously engage talents and implement retention strategies developed
  • Review HR policies, processes, and procedures and continuously make improvements to them
  • Ensure their relevance supports the Company’s, HR’s, and the local regulatory requirements in all countries
  • Attending to office management-related tasks such as overseeing office management expenditure, vendor management process, monitoring office safety, cleanliness, etc

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding people skills – high degree of empathy and a great communicator
  • Great organizational skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to complete competing priorities quickly
  • Ability to interact effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization
  • A passion for understanding business goals, finding solutions, and improving processes
