Job Description

The Forellenhof has existed for more than 50 years and is run by Nils Fuhrhop in the 3rd generation.

We have 100 rooms with 200 beds and 4 holiday apartments. A spacious, friendly restaurant spoils our guests with modern and regional cuisine. In addition, we have creatively designed banquet and seminar rooms for up to 400 people available for individual events. Our terrace by the fountain pond and our in-house brewery round off the offer. We also operate the town hall of a neighboring town.

In recent years, a lot has been invested in expansion and renovation. Our newly created wellness area is right next to our trout pond.

We offer our employees and guests a modern environment in a traditional style.

Our more than 60 permanent employees (m/f/d) and our long-standing, loyal temporary workers (m/f/d) make all this possible. We are looking for a Hotel Sales Manager (m/f/d)

for our 4 star hotel ● Full time ● Company car ● Assistance in budget preparation TASKS ● You have a clear relationship with the hotel’s business strategies, help to prepare budgets, create sales targets and monitor the achievement of company goals with action plans ● You represent the hotel at various events and exhibitions ● You already have experience in field sales to build and maintain customer and supplier networks, open up new markets and business opportunities and achieve sales increases ● You conduct sales discussions ● You are responsible for the hotel’s room sales ● You work closely with other departments to ensure everything runs smoothly YOUR PROFILE ● You already have experience as a hotel sales manager (m/f/d) or are a business economist – general business administration (m/f/d), business economist – marketing (m/f/d) or comparable ● Professional experience in similar role and a similar area desirable ● You work in a team-oriented manner ● You are an organizational talent with good communication skills ● You impress with your analytical thinking and your negotiating skills ● You are willing to travel in order to build and maintain customer networks WE OFFER ● Exciting work with plenty of creative freedom ● Company car ● Modern working environment YOUR APPLICATION
