Job Description

Duties: – Organization of production work and quality monitoring;
– Partially reviewing and ordering raw materials; – Receiving orders by phone and entering them into the program; – Handling customer inquiries; – Completing orders for private customers; – Production planning and handling of invoices in the program; – Printing labels/tags; – Participation in inventories; – Active participation in meetings and trainings; – Solving current problems in production.

Other requirements: We expect you to apply if you are conscientious, reliable and perform your duties accurately and on time.
You have good communication skills, stress tolerance and value teamwork. You have good organizational skills and previous experience in leading a team. You can find solutions and see the big picture. You communicate in Estonian and Russian. You are willing to work according to the schedule from 07:00 to 19:00 (including weekends and public holidays). You work on a computer with MS Office programs (correspondence, reporting, statistics). Having a category B driver’s license is an advantage. Location: Keila
