Managing a team of sales professionals.
Develop key relationships with clients.
Accountable for the delivery of the sales targets.
Ability to support his team members in closing deals / upselling.
Design relevant marketing and sales strategy.
Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets.
Plan & manage business campaigns, events & exhibitions.
Maintain a pipeline full of sales
Develop long term sales goals
Attend conferences and trade shows
Create sales reports that take a look at the company’s sales
Minimum 15 years of experience in brokerage/ sales in UAE.
Min qualification: Bachelor’s degree of sales & marketing or relevant field.
Must have a background in sales for Real Estate/Property Brokerage firms
Must have good local/ international client portfolio and experience
Strong personality which is aggressive and focused in sales that can manage a team and also be hands on in his management style.
Assist his sales team in closing business.
Must have an excellent track record in Sales
