Job Specific Responsibilities

Support the Lead Financial Controller by performing general bookkeeping duties, like invoicing clients, recording cash receipts, making deposits at the bank, reconciling accounts, and updating the accounting software logs. Auditing ledgers periodically to ensure that the invoice numbers and billing addresses are accurate. Handling special billing situations Maintaining accurate accounting ledgers that are in line with best practices. Perform and reconcile monthly AR aging with system and ensure regular following up with past-due customer collections Keeping management and executives informed regularly of any issues. Receiving and handling invoicing and billing-related mail Communicating with other department heads regularly and addressing any billing discrepancies to the management. Perform month-end closing activities and reconciliations Perform accounting analysis for cash accruals, account payables, account receivables, bank, and other reconciliations and foreign exchanges Assist GL Controller in accurate and efficient month-end closing in compliance with FSCP Checklist Assist GL Controller in maintaining accurate monthly reconciliations and schedules like Accruals, prepayments, AP aging, etc. Work along with Account payable team to support them in closing activities and day-to-day work when required Assist GL controller in VAT submission and maintaining effective document in case required for VAT audit Ensure all month-end and year-end adjustments reflected in ERP system including but limited to Depreciation, prepayment, accruals, etc Prepare a financial statement for Financial Controller review along with all adjustments.

MBA (Accounting and Finance) / ACCA

Minimum 6 Years Of Relevant Experience In Finance Management.

Experience in performing effective and complete FSCP and generating financial statements

Minimum 3 years of experience working in Microsoft D365 Accounting Software
