Purpose Of The Role & Responsibilities

· Reporting and calculations regarding all metrics in the KPIs of the Ford Trucks Second Hand (Truck market) department

· Providing and monitoring the elements that will support Marketing and Marketing Communication activities regarding second-hand heavy commercial vehicles

· Identifying and projecting business development opportunities by preparing market analysis

· Carrying out Business Development activities (responsible for the development and commissioning of the necessary IT software and also responsible for creating healthy data.)

· Support IT infrastructure projects

· Making periodic dealer incentive calculations and submitting them to management approval

· Conducting periodic field visits in coordination with regional sales leaders

· Conducting preliminary studies to provide input to monthly / annual budget and pricing meetings

· When necessary, conduct second-hand market research and preparation of value loss (RV) analysis

· Carrying out second-hand tender activities, preparing and monitoring the necessary minutes

· Tracking and ensuring data flow and archiving of second-hand customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

· Preparing the training of the dealers, identifying needs by staying in contact with the Regional Managers and preparing the training content

· Execution, monitoring and reporting of the sales process of second-hand vehicles to export markets

· Management of Ford Trucks Second Hand Leadership documents and digital archives in accordance with corporate procedures
