Purpose Of The Role & Responsibilities

ยท Reporting and calculations regarding all metrics in the KPIs of the Ford Trucks Second Hand (Truck market) department

ยท Providing and monitoring the elements that will support Marketing and Marketing Communication activities regarding second-hand heavy commercial vehicles

ยท Identifying and projecting business development opportunities by preparing market analysis

ยท Carrying out Business Development activities (responsible for the development and commissioning of the necessary IT software and also responsible for creating healthy data.)

ยท Support IT infrastructure projects

ยท Making periodic dealer incentive calculations and submitting them to management approval

ยท Conducting periodic field visits in coordination with regional sales leaders

ยท Conducting preliminary studies to provide input to monthly / annual budget and pricing meetings

ยท When necessary, conduct second-hand market research and preparation of value loss (RV) analysis

ยท Carrying out second-hand tender activities, preparing and monitoring the necessary minutes

ยท Tracking and ensuring data flow and archiving of second-hand customer records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

ยท Preparing the training of the dealers, identifying needs by staying in contact with the Regional Managers and preparing the training content

ยท Execution, monitoring and reporting of the sales process of second-hand vehicles to export markets

ยท Management of Ford Trucks Second Hand Leadership documents and digital archives in accordance with corporate procedures
