Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

Manages financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Creates variance analysis reports and financial models. Leads real-time financial performance monitoring. Escalates any financial issues to management. Sets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.

  • Qualifications in Accounting /Business finance like CA/CPA/MBA finance
  • Experience working with providers or health insurance companies in the UAE
  • Knowledge & understanding of financial accounting & transactions
  • 5+ years of FP&A and management reporting experience in big corporations/ MNCs preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven, expert level ability in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Examples and prior history of working with large sets of detailed data while identifying and communicating key principles and observations
  • Expert ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data and identify each client or project’s financial status
  • Ability and prior experience working alone and as part of a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality analysis conclusions to management
  • Clear and concise communication skills are mandatory
  • Ability to work with key leadership levels
  • Advanced analytic, financial modeling, and reporting skills
  • 30 days notice period max
