Job Description
We are now looking for a committed financial assistant who wants to be part of our ledger team of seven people. The group is jointly responsible for customary tasks for customer and supplier ledgers. The role is administrative and you will daily deal with a high transaction flow and ongoing questions within accounts payable. You should be confident with Outlook and the Office suite. If you have knowledge of Visma or Basware, it is a big plus but not a requirement. Otherwise, you help each other in the department and cover for each other when necessary, which means that you may have to step in and help with other tasks that exist in the team.
The service is limited in time and preferably starts immediately.
Your profile
To be successful in the role, you have an education in finance or equivalent work experience as a finance assistant.
As a person, you take initiative and take responsibility for running your work. You are curious and like to help where needed. You thrive in an open atmosphere and spread good mood and positive energy around you. As the role involves a lot of contacts, it is important that you have good communication skills and speak and write Swedish fluently. Finally, we believe that you enjoy and are motivated by a fast pace as well as working in a changing environment and thrive when a lot is happening around you.
