Applicant profile
  • Successfully completed university education with an economic or technical focus (university, university of applied sciences)
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR with a focus on employer branding
  • Knowledge of active sourcing access and know-how in the methods of Google Analytics and SEO 
  • Knowledge of modern recruiting methods
  • Willingness for professional development and professional networking
  • Project management experience
  • Sound MS Office knowledge
  • Strong communication skills in German and English (business fluent)
Tasks
  • Development of a concrete employer branding strategy to strengthen the employer brand, both internally and externally 
  • Supervision of existing and evaluation of new campus relations including the development of possible cooperation models
  • Management and expansion of target group-specific trade fair appearances
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development of needs-specific recruiting campaigns in coordination with internal interfaces and external agencies, including an effectiveness check
  • Linking employer branding activities with candidate/employee experiences 
  • Analysis and gaining new insights into target group-specific applicant market structures and recruiting trends, including deriving appropriate measures for the recruiting team
  • Internal interface to marketing and to Magna International regarding Media appearances (print and social media), videos etc. with a focus on employer branding
  • Implementation of various measures to strengthen the retention and recruitment of employees in the course of internal projects
We offer
  • Full-time employment (38.50 h/week) from Monday to Friday
  • The collectively agreed minimum salary is € 3,094 gross/month.
