E-commerce operation Responsibilities:
1. Product management: Stabilized and gradually improved sales volume, conversion rate and profit margin of old products by optimizing Listing and controlling Acos/CTR/CR of advertising;
2. Promotion of new products: Made promotion plans, wrote Listing, keyword optimization, promotional activities, internal (Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, etc) and external(Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc) promotion, etc.
3. Collected and analyzed market conditions and competitors, analyzed data and customized sales plans to maintain good operation of the store;
4. Dealt with the orders and various problems of the store, reduced customer complaints, and ensured the daily operation and sales of the store;
5. Able to operate and increase store sales after completing assigned tasks;

Job requirements:
1. Independent operation of Amazon, Noon, 1-3 years of Amazon operation experience
2. Interested in the e-commerce industry, enthusiastic and energetic, willing to grow together with the company.

1. Working hours from 10:00 to 8:00 (Included 1 hour lunch time);
2. Salary: 3500AED, accommodation provided by the company (International City CBD);
When the sales target set by the company is exceeded, there is a 2% commission for the excess.
The probation period is 3 months;
The contract period is 3 years, one and a half years of work, and one month of paid leave back home.
Company website operation and marketing Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall operation of the company’s website, increase the amount of PV and UV of the website, control the bounce rate, increase the conversion rate, effectively promote the keywords, be responsible for SEO, SEM optimization, and increase the PR value of the website;
2. Operate through social media channels such as Facebook, Google, Instagram and YouTube to increase the popularity of company website;
3. Data monitoring and statistics of website traffic, analysis of website logs, continuous analysis and improvement of website.
4. Responsible for product listing, product editing and optimization, etc.;
5. Analyzed data, found and solved problems, and ensured the achievement of monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
1. More than 1 year of e-commerce company website operation experience, experience in e-commerce company website is preferred;
2. Strong data analysis ability;
3. Have strong website internal optimization capabilities, master website content optimization, keyword optimization, internal link optimization and other skills;
4. Know basic website construction, familiar with relevant HTML and CSS knowledge;
5. Strong sense of goal, strong planning, strong executive ability, interested in the e-commerce industry, passionate, energetic, willing to grow together with the company.
