What You’ll Do
As a Dispatcher II, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating preventative maintenance, repairs, and services for our valued customers. Your day-to-day will involve managing transactions, providing stellar customer service, and ensuring that all repairs are scheduled promptly and efficiently. You’ll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, building rapport with customers and ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate preventative maintenance, scheduled repairs, and emergency services with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Document all interactions accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Schedule repairs and maintenance using our resources effectively.
Continuously seek ways to improve our dispatching and service scheduling processes.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma/GED and at least 3 years of related experience.
Previous experience in a service or call center environment is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of the trucking industry or related fields is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
