As a Delivery Driver at Audi in Hasselt, you are responsible for the entire delivery process of new cars. This includes:
• Coordinating and following up on all preparations for the vehicles to be delivered.
• Carrying out a careful final inspection, ensuring that all accessories have been installed and the necessary documents are present.
• Independently planning delivery appointments and following up on payments.
• Processing administrative tasks such as maintaining customer files.
• Providing a clear explanation of the specifications of the car, so that the delivery becomes a unique experience for the customer.
• Promoting additional sales of accessories and maintenance contracts.
• Conducting a satisfaction survey and following up on the customer by telephone one week after delivery. This feedback is passed on to the right colleagues to continue improving customer satisfaction.
• There is close contact with the Sales Manager and the Sales Advisors to guarantee a flawless customer experience from order to delivery.

Your working week runs from Monday to Friday. During exceptional events, you are also willing to be present on Saturday and/or Sunday.

– Education requirements:
At least a secondary school diploma.
– Professional knowledge:
You have already gained initial commercial experience.
– Language skills:
An excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French.
